When a cop who is just out of rehab takes the graveyard shift in a city hospital morgue, she faces a series of bizarre, violent events caused by an evil entity in one of the corpses.
Originally titled Cadaver, The Possession of Hannah Grace takes the discharge date slot of James Gunn’s delayed Sony horror movie, reportedly titled Brightburn. The Possession of Hannah Grace is directed by Diederik Van Rooijen and written by Brian Sieve. The cast is rounded out by Kirby Johnson, Stana Katic, Gray Damon, andNick Thune. Working at a morgue is already creepy enough. Surrounded by nothing however dead our bodies, the location is ripe for your imagination to run wild and scare the crap out of you. So, what happens whenever you’re beginning a new job within the morgue and you think that a kind of cadavers is possessed and making an attempt to return after you? Yeah, that’s by no means good. Horror motion pictures are nothing if not effective cautionary tales: by no means drive behind a truck crammed with logs, never go to a secluded cabin journey, never cut up up. The latest lesson from The Possession of Hannah Grace is rarely permit your self to be alone in a morgue with a body that died under mysterious circumstances.
“The Possession of Hannah Grace,” you meet a younger girl named Megan (Shay Mitchell) who is lucky to work the graveyard shift at the morgue. We’re not likely shown much about her previous issues, but it surely’s clear that Megan is hoping to beat her past with a fresh start. Well, that’s all thrown out the window when an EMT brings in a brand new lifeless physique of a woman named Hannah Grace. You see, Hannah didn’t just die of natural causes. No, the younger woman died while her household tried an exorcism. So, when Megan and Hannah’s corpse are locked in the morgue, all hell breaks unfastened because the technician starts to imagine that the evil spirit in Hannah could be out to get her.
